Job Description
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes
- Advise on commercial agreements and business transactions such as: mergers and acquisitions, Equity financing, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, etc
- Responsible for examining, explaining, negotiating, and revising contracts of all company projects with the clients
- Responsible for renewal of company legal documents & licenses.
- Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks.
- Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a corporate lawyer.
- Experience in handling business transactions like mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, etc is required
- Experience in international law firms is a must
- Fluency in English language is a must
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Law degree for a top university in Egypt, major preferably in corporate law.
