Job Description
- Communicate with consumers by phone, email, letter, and so forth...
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Warmly greet consumers and determine the problem or cause for their contact.
- Creating sales leads that will eventually become customers.
- Identifying and analyzing client demands to satisfy them.
- Assist with order placement, refunds, and exchanges.
- Handle client complaints, offer acceptable answers and alternatives within time constraints, and follow up to assure resolution.
- Maintain customer interaction records, process customer accounts, and file paperwork.
