Job Description

 

  • Communicate with consumers by phone, email, letter, and so forth...
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Warmly greet consumers and determine the problem or cause for their contact.
  • Creating sales leads that will eventually become customers.
  • Identifying and analyzing client demands to satisfy them.
  • Assist with order placement, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Handle client complaints, offer acceptable answers and alternatives within time constraints, and follow up to assure resolution.
  • Maintain customer interaction records, process customer accounts, and file paperwork.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • University Graduate is a must.
  • Females only
  • 2 Days off per week.
