Job Description
- Support the R&D Team and/or the Head of R&D MEA in delivering our goals and strategy
- Develop and deliver new, improved or more cost-efficient products within the framework of the agreed innovation, cost-out pipeline, and SC pipeline projects at the factory or at copackers
- Create, develop and implement industrialized product solutions under specific projects, ensuring robust risk management and delivery of quality attributes in line with consumer’s expectations, brand foundations, and guidelines
- Follow the progress of new projects and ensure to meet the set deadlines
- Continuously find ways to improve our processes, ways of working, capabilities
- Proactively drive new innovation and cost-out ideas
Job Requirements
- BSC science or agriculture related field
- Excellent Spoken and written English and Arabic
