Job Description
We're hiring a Customer Services Specialist—the driving force behind our transportation order cycle. This role isn’t just about communication—it’s about operational ownership. You’ll be the one creating, managing, and tracking transport orders through our Oracle OTM system, coordinating with internal departments to ensure flawless execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and manage customer orders in Oracle OTM
- Coordinate execution with fleet operations, clearance, CRM, collection, and pricing teams
- Be the go-to point for clients—updating statuses, following up, and maintaining strong relationships
- Ensure all system data is accurate and up-to-date
- Balance multiple tasks with precision and urgency in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements
What we Need :
- Around 2–4 years of experience in Customer Services, transport logistics or customer operations
- Hands-on experience with order management systems ( Including Excel )
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask without missing a beat
