Job Description
Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the employee develops a program for the maintenance, repair, upkeep of property (Official Residence, Embassy building, etc.); maintains working relations with appropriate suppliers and contractors; determines the service requirements for regular maintenance of key systems; gathers data for the development of the budget for the operation and maintenance of the Embassy and Official Residence; leads on all contracts relating to the Official Residence and Embassy, following any applicable contractual obligations; prepares all invoices/financial documents relating to properties to be submitted to finance; fills in for the property assistant and material assistant as needed; and performs other duties as needed.
