Job Description
- Issuing a complete design package included Load calculations, Equipment’s Schedule, static pressure drops, hydraulic, pipe sizing, duct sizing calculation.
- Very Good in using HAP, Elite,.. programs.
- Fully aware of cods ASHRAE, NFPA, ASPE, IPC, ASPE.
- Issuing MAR for consultant approval and follow-up till complete approval.
- Prepare workshop and composite drawing and follow-up till complete approval.
- Communicate with suppliers and clients for any technical clarifications
- Assist in solving any technical problems that appear in the project during project execution
- Attend some meetings with clients and consultants to solve technical problems in the projects
- Support during commissioning and startup which link with our projects
- The point of link between contact with the financial department during review budget of different projects
- Site Progress follow up.
- Receive & review Tender projects documentation (design drawing, BOQ, project specification) and issue a complete tender submittal “Dry Cost along with supplier offers, labor cost, equipment’s,..etc.”
Job Requirements
- BSc of Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University.
- 5 to 10 Years Experience in HVAC & Fire fighting Design and Contracting.
- Preferable experience in the Fit Out “Finishing & Construction field”.
- Very Good Knowledge of English.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Mastering AutoCAD
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate, and problem solve effectively
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project
