The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools.
- Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or production (especially valuable in textile contexts).
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Research and explain production-related concepts such as Product Codes, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, Production & Consumption, and Production Declaration.
- Develop end-to-end workflows for new digital features.
- Define intuitive steps for users interacting with new features, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Identify backend processes including identity verification, account setup, interest calculation, and maturity tracking.
- Experience in ERP
