Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Serve as a liaison between project managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Suport prepare budgets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
