Job Description
- Responsible for shipment processing regarding documentation, carrier payments and system entry.
- Follow-up pre-alerts, shipments’ ETA, and maintain record of all communications in files.
- Follow-up customs clearance process with brokers & customer and update related reports.
- Responsible for handling routing shipments with overseas offices based on customers’ instructions.
- Provide on time feedback and update shipments’ status.
- Updating needed reports.
- Communicate with other departments to facilitate the process of the shipments.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and meet required KPI’s.
- Resolve shipments’ related problems.
- Review files for monthly closing.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- 1 - 3 years of experience
- Logistics Background is a plus
- 6th October / Giza Resident
