Job Description
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct daily customer visits to the assigned customers.
- Promptly handle customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain and develop customer database.
- Prepare and dispatch daily and weekly reports and analysis for all sales and customer visits activities.
- Resolve issues to achieve successful sales.
- Coordinate with collection department the collection of customer dues related to sales activities.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and insure that all customer complaints are resolved.
Job Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience as Equipment Parts Sales Engineer.
- Equipment maintenance experience is preferable.
- Bachelor of Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
- Car & driving license is a must (car allowance is applied).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Very Good command of MS Office.
