Job Description
- Record fixed assets and prepare monthly depreciation accounts.
- Monitor data to develop and produce accurate and timely reports.
- Record internal invoices to the accounting system.
- Record the movement of the main treasury and follow its balance.
- Records general payables invoices.
- Assists in the preparation of financial statement at the year-end in coordination with the accounting manager.
- Keep and maintain a filing system for General accounts transactions, information, records and documents to ensure easily available information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of commerce, accounting section
- Proven work experience as a General accountant
- Advanced competency in accounting and business management software
- Oracle User Is Preferred or ERP System User
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Very Good Accounting report writing
