- Organizational development including the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures, organizational charts, Authority matrices etc.
- Design and implement Career Path and employee retention strategies.
- Plan, develop and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job descriptions.
- Set jobs general objectives and KPIs.
- Create / apply organizational charts and follow for needed modifications.
- Assist with data gathering for employee satisfaction surveys.
- Organize, perform and follow semi-annual and annual employee performance reviews.
- Issuing performance evaluation result report to direct manager.
- Follows all relevant Departments policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Be the focal point for Policy advisory matters.
- Assist in developing procedures for data file formatting and reports.
- Conduct & follow up with training process and activities.
- Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses driven from PMS sheets.
- Translating PMS Points into training needs that will excel employees for the next step of their career path.
- Building annual training program and preparing training plans as per the budget.
- Communicate and coordinate different training centers and entities for suitable proposals.
- Finalizing training plan with suitable training cost as per the training budget for GM’s approval.
- Asure good filling and tracking for all training documents
- Follow internal training programs initiated by technical managers.
- Setting training schedule with suitable dates and trainees and communicate it with concerned parties.
- Assuring using related training forms for attendance and evaluation.
- Assuring good filing for training forms for audit purposes.
- Conduct after training follow up process to assure the efficiency of training whether internal or external
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development & training.
- Prepare and present reports on training program.
