Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  2. Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  4. Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  6. Stay abreast of digital marketing best practices, tools, and technologies, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and grow professionally.
  9. Drive continuous improvement through testing and experimentation, optimizing campaigns for better performance and results.
  10. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. Proven  experience in digital marketing
  3. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimization.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaign performance to achieve business goals.
  7. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  9. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
  10. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
