About the job:
- Responsible for smooth operation on company software products.
- Analyzes business process, Gaps, participates in designing and implementing business cycles and workflows.
- Instructs users on the use of software products and manuals.
- Aids customer in implementation issues and results verification.
- Refers major software problems to development department for correction.
- Document all issues in tracking system.
- Setup and configuration of test environment in order to duplicate issues.
- Responsible to troubleshoot and identify customer issues with the software and escalate to the R&D team if code changes are required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for customer communication.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationship with all customers at all times.
- Keep up-to-date with technology and company product knowledge.
- Lead Implementation activities at the customer site.
- Provide training on software as required.
- Create documentation (Support/Training) as required.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in managing complex implementations.
- Proven ability to successfully lead and deliver implementation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferable.
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with developing GAP analyses between business processes and Software Applications
- Experience with deploying different applications on various application servers
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL
- Written and verbally communicate a complex message in a simplistic way.
- Ability to build trusting relationships
- Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Must be Male
