Job Description
- Responsible in general for the implementation and monitoring of all specialized works in the field of work related to the site.
- Estimating, preparing and allocating the required resources, such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc. All the specialized work in his field of work and related works before implementation.
- Plan and analyze all possible methodologies and recommend the best options to the Project Manager for approval prior to on-site implementation.
- Follows up the plans for the implementation of all the various works according to his field of work (mechanics) related and coordinate work with groups specialized in other fields.
- Coordinate with client/consultant representatives for any on-site instructions and business inspections.
- Supports the project manager in achieving all the specialized objectives
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in civil or architecture engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience as a site engineer, civil engineer/ Hospitals experience is a MUST
- Car owner is a Must.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects.
- Experience with Primavera & SAP.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.
