Job Description
- Deputies for the General manager in managing the organization ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality, service and profitability for the organization.
- Collaborate with Business Heads to identify areas of technical and business management training development.
- Conduct key stakeholder analysis to identify key internal and external stakeholders.
- Define medium-term strategic plans to expand current business.
- Determine short- and long-term financial needs to assess current financial situations.
- Direct the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investment in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, or other assets and resources.
- Ensure that all business functions are aligned to the quality management system of the organization.
- Ensure the implementation of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards across the business verticals.
- Establish key stakeholder relationship management audit processes and criteria.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of commerce (English accounting or Business Administration)
- 15+Yrs. of experience in office staff administration.
- Experience in Cling Film will be a plus.
- fluent English language.
- proficient in MS-office Package.
- Data analytical and statistics’ reporting.
- Minimum age 45yrs.
- Badr city or around cities (Obour, Shorouk, 10th of Ramadan city).
- Ability to report effectively to the upper management.
- Effective management and leadership skills.
