Job Description

  • Deputies for the General manager in managing the organization ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality, service and profitability for the organization.
  • Collaborate with Business Heads to identify areas of technical and business management training development.
  • Conduct key stakeholder analysis to identify key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define medium-term strategic plans to expand current business.
  • Determine short- and long-term financial needs to assess current financial situations.
  • Direct the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investment in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems, or other assets and resources.
  • Ensure that all business functions are aligned to the quality management system of the organization.
  • Ensure the implementation of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards across the business verticals.
  • Establish key stakeholder relationship management audit processes and criteria.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of commerce (English accounting or Business Administration)
  • 15+Yrs. of experience in office staff administration.
  • Experience in Cling Film will be a plus.
  • fluent English language.
  • proficient in MS-office Package.
  • Data analytical and statistics’ reporting.
  • Minimum age 45yrs.
  • Badr city or around cities (Obour, Shorouk, 10th of Ramadan city).
  • Ability to report effectively to the upper management.
  • Effective management and leadership skills.
  • Active listening and strong communication skills.
  • Team working.
