Tasks and responsibilities: 

R&D Tasks:

• Design, develop, test, and validate electrical and electronic control systems for commercial kitchen equipment.
• Prepare technical documentation, including user guides and catalogs, for new products.
• Collaborate with the production department on product development to define functionality, components, and performance.

Laboratory Tasks:

• Conduct comprehensive tests on equipment samples using industry-standard testing procedures.
• Record and analyze test results in paper and electronic formats.
• Document and report on Quality Control (QC) tests.
• Facilitate laboratory accreditation by preparing and maintaining laboratory documentation.
• Perform calibrations of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy.

Quality Control Tasks:

. Quality procedure responsibility ONLY for electrical or gas or refrigerated equipment.

Maintenance Tasks:

. Preventive and periodic maintenance for factory major m/c's electric prospect.
