Job Description
- Experience with Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate and Spring Boot
- Strong knowledge of REST, GRAPHQL and JSON.
- Use AI based tools to speed development: Cursor, v0, Claude, Open AI
- Modify and Enhance our java ecommerce application and create new applications
- Collaborate with local and remote cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Master integration API's and design approaches to integrate
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Understanding of Core Metrics and Page Insights to solve for performance and code improvements
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Proven software Java development experience
- Understanding of designing for performance and scalability
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON and GRAPHQL
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Experience personally or from work with AI based code tools: Cursor, ChatGTP and Claude
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
