Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that quality standards are met, and deadlines are achieved.
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise during production and provide technical support to the production team.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the production process, including specifications, work instructions, and test procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the production process and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure that they are following standard operating procedures and producing high-quality products.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and same industry ( electrical board manufacturers )
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as IEC 61439 and UL 508A.
- Experience with AutoCAD or solid works or Autodesk inventor other design software.
- Experience in low voltage panels manufacture and sheet metal processor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during production
- Conversant with MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
