Job Description
Production & Execution: Convert master plans into daily/weekly work allocations across 7 workshops; issue, control, and close out Work Orders.
Team Leadership: Supervise and develop 7 Workshop Supervisors, setting daily targets, managing workflow, and driving operational excellence.
Quality & Efficiency: Drive "first-time-right" production standards to drawings/BOMs, reduce rework/scrap, and lead 5S & OEE improvement initiatives.
Operational Reporting: Maintain strict schedule adherence, update production follow-up logs, and provide proactive, transparent visibility to the Operations Manager.
Safety & Standards: Enforce strict HSE practices, PPE usage, and safe working conditions across all workshops.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in sheet-metal / stainless steel fabrication manufacturing, including at least 1 year in a managerial role supervising multi-workshop production environments.
Technical Skills: Expert in drawing interpretation, stainless steel fabrication, welding, polishing, assembly processes, and BOM/Delta BOM control.
Methodologies & Tools: Familiarity with 5S, basic OEE literacy, Work Order management systems, and high proficiency in MS Excel.
Languages: Fluent in Arabic; proficient in English (technical reading & reporting).
