Job Description
Review technical drawings, layouts, and designs to ensure feasibility and proper execution.
Coordinate fabrication and construction of booths, stands, displays, and event structures.
Supervise installation, dismantling, and on-ground execution.
Coordinate with suppliers, workshops, and production teams.
Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to technical specifications.
Monitor production timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Support the creative team in translating concepts into executable designs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Architectural, or related fields.
Experience in event production, fabrication, or construction.
Strong understanding of materials, technical drawings, and construction methods.
Ability to manage suppliers and supervise on-ground execution.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for technical drawings and 3D visualization.
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator for reviewing and preparing production artwork.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for BOQs, cost estimates, and material tracking.
Familiarity with 3D rendering tools such as 3ds Max or V-Ray is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
