Job Description
Etisalat Global Services is hiring Technical Support Agent (Second Line- Complain Team) to be responsible for handling customers' technical issues and provide refund for customers in certain cases if needed.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Grads of any major .
- English Level B1+
- Flexibility with rotational shifts
- Technical experience is a plus
Job Benefits:
- Net alary 6300 (5300 basic net + 1000 KPIS)

Working Conditions:
8 working hours, 1 hour break ( Rotational Shifts ) max shifts for men ( 12 pm )
