Job Description
- Developing and managing project schedules and budgets
- Directing and coordinating project staff and subcontractors
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitoring and controlling project scope and changes
- Developing and implementing project procedures and quality standards
- Prepare reports on the status of projects
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks
