Job Description
- Issue invoices based on project milestones, contracts, or sales agreements
- Track and record all payments received from clients
- Reconcile customers’ accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Follow up regularly with clients regarding outstanding payments
- Maintain up-to-date records for all receivables
- Coordinate with the sales and contracts departments to ensure accurate billing
- Prepare aging reports and highlight any overdue accounts
- Assist in monthly closing by providing relevant receivables data
- Support external and internal audit processes regarding customer balances
- Ensure all financial records comply with local laws and company policies
•Prepare and issue periodic account statements for each customer, ensuring clarity of outstanding balances, payment history, and current status
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable principles
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (odoo is must)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
- good in English (spoken and written)
