Job Description
- Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios, assess risks, and forecast performance.
- Preparation of Business Plan and related assumptions.
- Preparation of market study on both macro and micro analysis especially in real estate and hospitality field.
- Having experience of conducting business valuations with different methodologies using income, market and asset approach and relative valuation.
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to provide insights into financial outcomes and their implications.
- Preparing annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts and making monthly comparison versus actual performance.
- Perform DCF valuation analyses to estimate the intrinsic value of projects, investments, and business opportunities.
- Analyze variances between actual and forecasted results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor financial and operational performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
