Job Description
The Leasing Administrator supports the leasing and property management teams by managing lease documentation, maintaining tenant records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
• Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, renewals, and amendments.
• Track lease expirations and send renewal notices in a timely manner.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and provide administrative support to the leasing team.
• Generate reports related to occupancy, lease status, and tenant communication.
• Assist in marketing and advertising vacant properties as needed.
• Liaise with tenants, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues.
