Job Description
- Design, implement, and lead training programs and fitness sessions tailored for female students.
- Coach and mentor student athletes, fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Organize and supervise tournaments, intramural games, and inter-university competitions.
- Encourage wider participation of female students in sports, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Develop wellness and fitness programs aligned with student needs and university goals.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and prepare performance reports as needed.
- Ensure the safe use of sports facilities and equipment.
- Collaborate with the Student Life Department to expand extracurricular offerings.
- Act as a role model, motivating students to pursue balanced academic and athletic lives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of coaching experience, preferably within a university, school, or youth program.
- Proven ability to coach female students/teams across different sports.
- Strong knowledge of fitness training, health, and athletic development principles.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
