Job Description
- Monitor and evaluate club operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness
- Prepare and check various daily and monthly records and reports, and other reports as required
- Delivers consistent high-quality service to customers & stores throughout the agreed life cycle, including but not limited to prompt contact, explaining the process, setting expectations, on-going communication, and follow-through and meeting commitments to achieve optimal outcome on every file
- Develop effective sales strategies for the club various types of business, in order to maximize membership yield, whilst achieving the business plan objective
- Lead, Evaluate and monitor all the club staff, maintaining agreed standards of product delivery and constantly exceeding customer expectations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sports management, hospitality management, business administration or any other related field
- 10+ years of experience managing similar staff, schedules and budgets
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Availability to work on weekends, evenings or public holidays depending on club operations
- Professional user of MS office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc..)
