Job Description
- Organize and refine departmental work plans under supervision, ensuring alignment with club objectives and obtaining the club manager’s approval.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the departments under supervision, proactively addressing employee- or member-related concerns by proposing effective solutions and recommendations.
- Oversee and ensure the proper execution of the staff allocation plan in accordance with the approved framework.
- Conduct periodic club visits to assess operations, document observations, provide guidance to employees for necessary improvements, and ensure seamless service delivery in both social and sports activities.
- Monitor and verify adherence to HSE regulations within the club to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
- Suggest enhancements and development plans for club operations, discussing them with the club manager to continuously improve member services.
- Support department heads in preparing departmental budgets and present them to the club manager for evaluation and approval.
- Provide comprehensive daily reports on club operations, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Assess employees based on objectives, competencies, key performance indicators (KPIs), and facilitate their continuous professional development.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job’s specialty.
