Job Description

● Follow up weekly reports from all Dep and review them before presenting them to the CEO
Schedule appointments, make arrangements for meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans following detailed instructions to facilitate business meetings.
● Organizes daily work and orientation related to CEO's office to achieve the best use of the available resources and the time of the CEO.
● Document board of directors meetings (location & date & time & participation) and prepare minutes of meetings, decisions, and Voting and keep it on record file.
● Follow up the decisions of the board of directors meetings with participating Dep.
● Coordinate between the board of directors and assist in more efficiency and effectiveness of meetings and decision-making.
● prepare all the documents of the Audit Committee and present them to the CEO and board of directors.
● Assist, coordinate, and schedule with all internal and external clients.
● do all tasks and jobs entrusted to him by CEO within his specialty. 
● Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
● Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.

Job Requirements

  • +10 years of experience in office administration
  • Office management experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent in English.
