Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced shadow teacher to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with special needs and a strong background in educational support.
Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one support and assistance to a student with special educational needs, such as autism, ADHD, or learning disabilities.
- Collaborating with the student's teachers, therapists, and family members to develop and implement personalized learning strategies.
- Monitoring the student's progress and adjusting the support plan as needed.
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of the student's performance and progress.
- Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a shadow teacher or educational assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children with special needs succeed
- Fluency in Arabic and English
