Job Description
To provide a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment for Juniors aged (2 -2.8) years. The teacher is expected to support each child’s early emotional, social, sensory, and language development through nurturing care, structured routines, and interactive play — all delivered in English
Job Requirements
- Fluent English speaker – clear communication with both children and parents is essential.
- A genuine love for toddlers and a kind, nurturing personality.
- High level of patience, emotional awareness, and calm presence.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children under age 3 (nursery, daycare, preschool, etc.).
- Knowledge of toddler development, potty training, and age-specific needs.
- Relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education, Child Care, or related fields are a plus.
- Strong teamwork, responsibility, and ability to follow safety and health protocols.
- Flexibility and energy to work with toddlers’ fast-changing moods and needs.
