Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Infrastructure to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee our organization's IT infrastructure operations, driving innovation and ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our systems.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's IT infrastructure, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Design and oversee the implementation of complex infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, network upgrades, and data center optimizations
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery
Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's digital assets and sensitive information
Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability through proactive monitoring and capacity planning
Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive digital transformation efforts
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure initiatives
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management, mentoring, and professional development
Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or PMP are highly desirable
Ability to adapt to a dynamic technology landscape and drive innovation within the organization

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Infrastructure to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in infrastructure planning, design, and implementation across various domains (e.g., networks, servers, storage, cloud)
Proven experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
In-depth knowledge of network architecture, cybersecurity, and data center operations
