Job Description

Role Profile:
Fraud Prevention Specialist is responsible for detecting, analyzing, and preventing fraudulent activity. This role plays a key part in implementing effective fraud detection strategies, analyzing transactional data, and supporting internal teams through Salesforce administration and system support.

Role Responsibilities:
Fraud Prevention:

  • Compile and review data collected from various sources.
  • Review transactions in a manual review queue for fraudulent behavior and identify trends.
  • Provide fraud rule recommendations based on data and trends to improve fraud detection.
  • Good understanding of fraud risks, and risk management processes to identify and monitor fraud risks in eCommerce.
  • Respond to real-time fraud attacks.
  • Produce necessary reporting for Sr. Management.
  • Maintain metrics for measuring the success of fraud detection/prevention strategies.
  • Manage special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain high level of ethics and confidentiality.
  • Foster teamwork and collaborative environment to meet objectives.

Salesforce:

  • Manage all aspects of Salesforce user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
  • Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Import, update, and export data from Salesforce.
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot issues.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in eCommerce, fraud detection tools and loss prevention.
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, formatting, pivot tables)
  • Familiarity with IT systems and data management tools.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management.
