Job Description
- Managing the quality control Team and provide guidance and feedback.
- Supervise staff performance and be sure that its meet quality standards in day-to-day tasks.
- Holding monthly meeting with stuff and give feedback.
- Submit monthly detailed reports to the direct manger.
- Evaluate data and employee performance.
- Daily tracking for open cases in QC stage.
- Reviewing open PR cases for key account clients.
- Conduct training for new joiners.
- Provide the team by job knowledge updates and evaluate them by exams.
- Set policies and processes for QC section.
- Manage relationships with key account customers.
- Update job knowledge by sending material to staff and make exams.
- Monitoring and analyses the rejected cases and discus them with maintenance leaders.
