Job Description
- Develop digital strategies and plans that help build the company brands’ equities across all segments, both locally and regionally. In charge of designing, planning, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brands, products, and services.
- Design and oversee all aspects of the company’s (and brands) digital assets: marketing database, email, social media sites, websites, and display advertising campaigns
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Plan and manage the company (and brands) social media platforms
- Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
- Evaluate important metrics that affect the company’s (and brands) website traffic, service quotas, engagement rates with the target audience
- Work with the Marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Issue weekly and monthly reports to monitor the digital campaigns’ performance
- Lead a periodic review session to share brands’ performance via previously aligned KPIs with the key stakeholders (brands’ teams and board)
- Lead meetings with the digital agencies to revise and adjust brands’ performance across all digital touch points
- Learn from previous cases and gather digital learning in the company database
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a business/aviation school is a plus
- Ecommerce experience is highly preferred
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Leadership experience
