Job Description
1.Receiving the customers
2. Handle the customer complaint
3. Register all data on the System (customer data and mobile data)
4. Complaint analysis
5. Troubleshooting
6. Contact with the maintenance department
7. Deliver the mobile to the customer after fixing
8. Contact with the warehouse department for the accessories and spare parts price.
9. Receiving money from the customer
10. Contact with the financial department to finalize all financial cases
11. Report to the manager
Job Requirements
- Max. age: 22-28
- Proven customer support experience.
- V.good English language command.
- Females are preferred
