Job Description
- Lead, train, revise, and follow up with Video Editors to ensure they are committed to their day-to-day tasks at the instructed time and quality.
- Cooperate with the Operations department in organizing, receiving, and uploading the material.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s bestpractices to maximize efficiency.
- Plan everything about video editing tools, techniques, and color ballets at the beginning of each educational year.
- Act as a support to all the video editing team members to achieve a healthy environment for every employee.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in fine arts or related field.
- At least (4) years of experience in the same field.
- At least (1) year of experience in a managerial position.
- Ed-Tech background is a plus.
- Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
- Excellent user of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere.
- Adobe After Effects is a plus.
