Job Description
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress.
- Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with our organization by closing deals for products and services; initiate and develop a strong relationship with customers.
- Determine customer needs and prepare proposals of systems & services that address the needs.
- Conduct live demonstrations for clients .
- Manage the growth of the new businesses by transitioning them to loyal customers.
- Maintain a High Level of Product and Vendor Knowledge.
Job Requirements
- B.SC. in Communications or Electronics Engineering from a highly recognized educational university with 10 years of experience in the same field.
- Excellent Knowledge of Access Control, IP CCTV, Biometric and Total Security Management Systems and Physical Security Barriers Systems.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Customer service orientation
