Helps our B2B clients identify their ideal travel packages based on their suggestions and requirements.
Studies and assimilates all information regarding flights tickets and travel destinations such as prices, availability, airlines, currency, etc.
Regularly maintains a good relationship with our B2B registered clients on the system.
Provides end-to-end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels, and creating the itinerary.
Provides all relevant and essential information to the clients regarding their customer's travel details like excursions, itineraries, and brochures.
Recommends and Sells the appropriate tour package to our clients.
Negotiates any customizations or modifications requested and accommodates to the best level possible.
Resolves any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customers of our B2B clients.
Regularly updates a database containing client details and their requests information or pending tasks.
Ensures this data is secured and handled appropriately.
Reaches the sales and revenue targets.
Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.

Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business, or relevant fields.
Prior experience as a holidays agent or an avid traveler is a bonus.
Strong knowledge of traveling software, systems, bookings, and procedures.
Basic computer skills and software like MS Office.
Multilingualism is an advantage.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
Well read on the rules and regulations of ticketing and booking systems.
