Job Title: ERP System Administrator

Location: Hybrid (first 3 months in site in 6th of October)
Company: Gennie ERP
Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Gennie ERP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage all administrative functions related to our ERP platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing client accounts, handling support requests, assisting in onboarding sessions, and supporting new client demo meetings. This role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, system accuracy, and a smooth user experience during and after implementation.

Key Responsibilities

???? Client Account Management

  • Set up new client accounts in Gennie ERP based on implementation requirements.
  • Assign roles and permissions for admin, instructors, learners, and other users.
  • Configure modules (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations) as per client needs.

System Administration

  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
  • Monitor system activity and respond to technical issues or errors.
  • Maintain structured client documentation (onboarding, tickets, configuration files).
  • Perform regular backups, system upgrades, and patch management.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes.
  • Ensure ERP compliance with organizational IT policies and relevant security standards.

Client Support & Requests

  • Receive and respond to client inquiries, technical requests, and complaints.
  • Provide timely solutions or escalate complex issues to the technical team.
  • Track and report support trends to improve client experience.

Onboarding & Training Support

  • Assist the onboarding lead in delivering system walkthroughs and training sessions.
  • Ensure clients complete pre-session tasks and share data in proper formats.
  • Help validate migrated data and provide system testing support.

Demo & Sales Support

  • Support live product demo sessions with the sales team.
  • Handle basic system configuration during demo preparation.
  • Answer functional questions during introductory meetings with new clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in ERP support, SaaS administration, or system onboarding (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of user roles, permissions, data entry/validation, and system configuration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM or LMS platforms (Moodle, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with tech, sales, and client success teams.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a client-first approach.
  • Strong understanding of database management (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle DB).
  • Proficiency in system scripting and automation tools is a plus (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Experience with ERP system integrations and APIs is preferred.
