Job Description
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Trains new staff in the department
- oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Monitoring the daily workflow of the department
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
- Handles all related staff social insurance procedures and issues regular reports as required
- Handles staff absences by updating the absences database
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in the Business Administration or related field required
- 5 years of human resource management experience
- HR diploma or similar certificate is must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good command of the English language
