Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement jigs, fixtures, and tools to improve manufacturing processes.
- responsible for ensuring that the production equipment meets the required specifications and standards.
- Cost reduction, cycle time improvement, quality improvement, and overall equipment effectiveness.
- responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ensure that Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained and communicated to employees.
- Ensure that the workplace is monitored and is fully in compliance with all applicable HSE standards, rules and regulations to maintain safety in manufacturing facilities
- Follow up manufacturing process for Jigs & Fixtures.
- Release all drawings after taking feedback for all modifications.
- Follow up the jigs during manufacturing the modules in Production line.
- Providing Regular maintenance for jigs.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Of Engineering (Mechanical or Production engineering)
- Experienced in automotive industry is preferred
- Experience in manufacturing processes and tooling design
- AutoCAD – solid works – Microsoft office
- Very Good in English Language
