Job Description
- Technical and engineering support with the projects department engineers for UPS, Electromechanical and Data Center critical equipment.
- Managing all financial aspects and budgeting of projects through ongoing orders with project engineers/project managers.
- Managing all projects plan and resources aspects of projects through ongoing orders with project engineers and project managers.
- Filling all engineers and project managers KPIs as per the ongoing progress with assigned projects
- Reviewing, following and setting clear goals and expectations for the projects team.
- Negotiating and resolving high level customers concerns and issues.
- Estimating change orders and resources for assigned projects when necessary.
- Managing all projects final delivery and handover procedures for projects department.
- Assisting and reviewing ongoing and post project reviews/reports from engineers to determine areas for future improvements.
- Providing, coaching and consulting to the engineering team.
- Assign Engineers to new projects in accordance with projects director.
- Leading the weekly Projects meetings with department engineers under supervision of Projects Director.
- Proposing new ideas, methodologies, and operational best practice to leverage and enhance the daily work for all members of the team.
- Assist in the diagnoses of UPS, Electromechanical and Data Center critical equipment/system faults and resolve issues based on engineering manuals.
- Submitting weekly reports on faults that have been repaired with response time, action taken to resolve it..
- Follow up with department for clients claims or requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- +6 years of experience
- Long experience in Installation, startup, and commissioning of UPS and Data Center critical equipment.
- Deep knowledge in UPS and Data Center critical equipment technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
- General Knowledge of Project Management
- Auto CAD (2D, 3D) Drawings
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
