Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Attract potential candidates for truck drivers, technicians, and other blue-collar roles through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, and assist in the final candidate selection process.
- Coordination with Sites: Collaborate with site managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring across all locations.
- Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases, tracking candidate progress and ensuring accurate records.
- Excel Utilization: Use advanced Excel functions for data analysis, recruitment reporting, and maintaining metrics.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Drivers' & technicians' recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Professional user of Microsoft office.
- HR study is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR studies is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of Labor law.
- Understanding of how recruitment systems and their application affect the working and efficiency of the business units.
