Job Description

  • Manages & builds relationships with HORECA customers in a way to become a trusted advisor by providing complete solutions based on a clear understanding of the customer’s business
  • Responsible on conducting sales visits and sales calls as instructed by own direct supervisor in order to achieve the sales target.
  • Responsible for achieving and tracking the volume targets for key items as per the annual objectives and KPIs.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to customers.
  • Monitoring competitors move as well as major trends and shifts in consumer and customer behavior and reporting accordingly potential findings to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure collection based on credit limit and credit days for distributors, customers and key customers as per Sales Policy in-alignment with Sales Manager and as per market dynamics, sales targets, and sales & collection report.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum 8 years of Sales experience handling accounts with at least 5 years specific to HORECA channel is a must.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills.
  • Very Good English Language.
  • Very Good Microsoft Office.
  • Own a car.
