Job Description
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
- Appraise property values and Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services.
Job Requirements
- Real estate experience is a must
- Excellent use of MS Office ( Word & Excel ).
- Excellent Communication skills.Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Have sales skills
