In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our sales process, responsible for qualifying marketing-generated leads and employing telesales skills to close deals with certain types of prospects. - Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads generated by our marketing team against pre-assigned criteria to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Telesales: Utilize strong telesales skills to engage with prospects, effectively communicate dopay's value proposition, and close sales with designated types of prospects.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign details and lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with sales efforts.
- CRM Management: Diligently track and manage customer interactions and data in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to help refine strategies and tactics.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of dopay products and services to effectively address customer needs and queries.

- Telesales Experience: Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of successfully closing deals over the phone.
- Lead Qualification: Ability to quickly and effectively qualify leads, identifying high-potential prospects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency in English is highly preferred, as some of our team members are located internationally.
- Results-Driven: Target-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with marketing and other departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or comparable work experience.
- Experience in fintech or similar fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
