Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), tags, and symbols
Work with hardware, software, and systems teams to define, implement, and integrate battery charging hardware solutions to meet product battery charging requirements.
Experience in PLC, HMI, SQL, Vision Systems, robots, and Microsoft office computer and software.
Preference given to those with work experience using Siemens Step 7, Rockwell RS Logix/Studio 5000, Ladder Logic, TIA Portal, Ignition SCADA, Python, and SQL.
Strong understanding for communication protocols
Good knowledge of the power management of DC circuits like converters, LDOs, and charging/monitoring the backup batteries.
Has capabilities to debug the failures and bugs from its roots.

Experience with power circuits validation requirements and creating validation plans.
Ability to program PLC’s and develop current programs (Seimens mainly , other brands optional).
High-level Circuit Design concepts: Analog, Digital, and Mixed-signal.
Has the basics of AC power lines and their configurations.
Good Knowledge of PCB Rules.
Good Knowledge of Manufacturing Rules.
Knowledge of the electromagnetic compatibility EMC test.
Soldering Skills Through-hole & SMD.
Experience with measurement & testing tools like AVO meter, Oscilloscope, Logic analyzer, Spectrum analyzer.
Able to create BOM and wiring diagrams.
Experience in working on communication between PLC and robot is highly recommended.
