Job Description
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications of raw material and packaging to ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
- Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting guide inspectors, technicians to ensure that standards are met and Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Determining the required specifications for machines and contributing to the preparation of standards for laboratory tests and standardization of measurement.
- Represent the company to any External Audit that inspects product safety, quality and Surrounded conditions
- Maintain a database of all quality reports, reviews, statistics and other documents for future use and reference.
- Identifies and analyzes issues, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Maintains compliance with local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- FMCG experience or relevant
- 7 - 10 years' experience in Internal Quality Audit and/or Quality Assurance
- Good User of MS office.
- Organized and Follow up.
- Negotiation, Problem solving and Communication skills.
- Managing and leadership skills
